Explore Park's Winter Walk of Lights

Brighten your nights and explore your holiday spirit through a dazzling world of over 650,000 lights at Illuminights Winter Walk of Lights. Travel down our half-mile wooded path while taking in the sights and sounds of the season. Visitors will experience 50,000 new lights, new displays, trail enhancements and family activities.

While you’re here, shop for artisan crafts, roast marshmallows around the campfire, and enjoy additional family activities on select nights. #Illuminights #ExplorePark #CenterInTheSquare

Illuminights is a dog-friendly event and are allowed on the Walk of Lights Trail and Explore Park while they are on a leash.

We’re thrilled to announce that the Blue Ridge Chocolate Festival will be taking place right here at Center in the Square! We know life can be tough, especially with the economic challenges we're all facing, so we believe everyone deserves a little getaway. To ensure this event is accessible to all, admission is free, and you'll have the *option to purchase tasting tickets at the door.

Get ready for an amazing array of exhibitors featuring mouthwatering chocolate treats and tastings, artisan vendors, fun entertainment for the kids, and so much more—all while supporting a fantastic 40-year-old nonprofit that makes a big difference in our community!
