Miniatures on the Market
Center in the Square’s “Miniatures in the Market” on May 2, 2025, brought families together in downtown Roanoke for a lively afternoon featuring a miniature petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, and games, all in support of community wellness.
Foam on the Farm
Kids Square’s “Foam on the Farm” in Roanoke brought families together for foam cannons, water slides, face painting, crafts, and interactive STEAM activities at Layman Family Farms.
Annual Dinner
Center in the Square’s annual dinner in Roanoke celebrated community support and cultural impact, featuring local cuisine, entertainment, and recognition of nonprofit achievements.
Illuminights
Illuminights at Explore Park is an annual holiday tradition in Roanoke, Virginia, where visitors can stroll a half-mile wooded trail adorned with over 650,000 dazzling lights. The event features new themes, festive activities, and family-friendly fun, including an artisan market, marshmallow roasting, and visits from Santa on select nights. All proceeds support Center in the Square and Explore Park.
