Science Museum of Western Virginia
Recommended for ages 10 and up
Combine an in museum field trip with a number of additional activities to make a truly memorable and STEAM centered day! Choose from one of our SOL-based activities which we will deliver to your class in one of our private classrooms. They will also have time to explore the museum floors and learn about a variety of STEAM subjects through their hands.

Mill Mountain Theatre
Recommended for ages 10 and up
As the leading professional theatre in Roanoke Valley, Mill Mountain Theatre feels a special responsibility for training the next generation of artists and building an appreciation of the art form in the next generation of audiences. Roanoke STARCADE Video Game Museum
Recommended for ages 7 years and up
Playing video games stimulates your creativity and your imagination. It also challenges your reaction time and eye-hand coordination. While you are visiting the Roanoke STARCADE, keep an eye out for the “LEVEL UP YOUR HEALTH” signs to learn more about the health benefits of video games. All games are set to FREE PLAY so once you purchase your museum ticket, the fun is at your fingertips!

Roanoke Pinball Museum
Recommended for ages 8 years and up
Physics comes to life through Roanoke Pinball Museum. Children can see firsthand how force impacts acceleration and compare and contrast the technological differences between machines from 1932 all the way to the modern age. Learning through play is always fun when it comes to pinball.
